EXPERIENCE
Ivan has become part of the team of Zubrev and Partners law firm since 2020. He deals with problems of business development, creation, and accompanying new projects for clients of the law firm.
First practical experience on the stock exchanges of Ukraine Ivan gained in 2006 when he started to work in the financial company “FK “Ukrnaftogaz” at the position of the specialist of department of work with the owners of securities.
For 10 years Ivan had been working at the Financial industrial group TAS, in asset management companies. Moreover, he had been operating of broker direction as a trader of securities. His competence included the following types of activity: operation and management of assets and investment portfolio, asset management of non-governmental pension funds, trade of stock exchange instruments, and derivatives at the stock exchange.
Currently, Ivan provides consultations for clients of the law firm regarding the market of securities, asset management, circulation of securities, operations on the stock exchange and asset management companies, development of investment funds. Special attention has been given to the issues of creation, development, and optimization of business processes in the spheres of high-risk business in Ukraine.
